TIGER PRIDE DAY

 

At Sherman Oaks Elementary Charter the first Friday of each month is designated as TIGER PRIDE DAY. Students are encouraged to show off their tiger pride by wearing their school shirt.

 

When students arrive at school  they are given a ticket for wearing their school shirt. Students place their tickets in a container in the lunch room. Every Friday a name is drawn from each grade level and students win a prize if their name is chosen. 

 

This is a great way to engage our students in fun, school spirit,  and pride that unites the student body.
