BREAKFAST AND LUNCH

 

Sherman Oaks participates in the Breakfast in the Classroom Program. All students are provided with a free breakfast.  The school cafeteria provides a lunch program for pupils.  Students may also bring a lunch from home.  For more information, lunch application or to view the menu go to café-la.lausd.net

  1.       Children are expected to eat lunch unless a written request is received from parents.
  2.       Soda and highly caffeinated drinks are not permitted.
  3.       Junk food like candy, chips or sweets are not encouraged.
  4.       Children should not bring hot Cheetos or other types of snacks that have red dye.
  5.       At Sherman Oaks Elementary Charter we ask students to use ‘inside voices” for the first 20 minutes while students are eating
